Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager in our sales department to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


  • Proven work experience as a business development manager at least 2-5 years

  • Expirience in IT field would be a plus.

  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of customer and partner needs, objectives, and strategy.

  • Sound knowledge in the sale of software licenses, ideally in the area of Corporate Performance Management (CPM)

  • Understanding of the international environment and of international-specific business challenges

  • Proven track record in successful business to business sales and winning new customers

  • Ability to develop ‘Executive level’ relationships and engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI can be a part of making them resilient.

  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software

  • Excellent Arabic and English communication and presentation skills


  • Take the lead in completing market analysis and planning for the medium-sized industry/region or multiple common-sized industries/regions, and develop sales strategies for the industry/region.

  • Take the lead in establishing a partner ecosystem that matches our industries, customers, and regions.

  • Determine key business development KPIs.

  • Take the lead in planning and organizing regional branding activities, and be responsible for the order and revenue targets.

  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers.

  • Generates and deploys broad, deep and special knowledge of products and solutions; considers market issues in design of individual products and solutions

  • Anticipates and interprets internal and/or external business issues with an impact on commercial targets and business plans

  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel

  • Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions Impact: Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies

  • Responsible for extension/optimisation of commercial strategies in order the meet the clients needs; influencing key players through high personal standing

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
